In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to return or exchange our accessories 🙂 (please note that, according to the law, you cannot return/exchange personalized products, including: an extended leash, harnesses with additional options - an additional easy walk ring, a handle, foam-lined accessories, accessories with changed fitting colors, or custom-made products.) To withdraw from the contract and return a product purchased from us, complete the required declaration (or write it by hand and include it in the package) and send it to our address together with the returned product(s):
