In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to return or exchange our accessories 🙂 (remember that according to the law, you cannot return/exchange personalized products, including a leash extended to order, harnesses with additional options - an additional easy walk wheel, a handle, accessories lined with foam, with a changed color of fittings or those made to measure.) To withdraw from the contract and return a product purchased from us, complete the required declaration (or write it by hand and attach it to the package) and send it to our address together with the returned product(s):

In the case of a refund via quick transfer and/or payment card, the amount will be refunded to the bank account linked to the above payment method.
